چکیده
We propose a multi-harmonic numerical method for solving wave scattering problems with moving boundaries, where the scatterer is assumed to move smoothly around an equilibrium position. first develop analysis justify and its validity in one-dimensional case small-amplitude sinusoidal motions of scatterer, before extending it large-amplitude, arbitrary one- two-dimensional settings. compare results proposed approach standard space–time resolution schemes, which illustrates efficiency new method.

Variational Iterative Method Applied to Variational Problems with Moving Boundaries
In this paper, He’s variational iterative method has been applied to give exact solution of the Euler Lagrange equation which arises from the variational problems with moving boundaries and isoperimetric problems. In this method, general Lagrange multipliers are introduced to construct correction functional for the variational problems. The initial approximations can be freely chosen with possi...
متن کاملA Simplified Curved Boundary Condition in Stationary/Moving Boundaries for the Lattice Boltzmann Method
Lattice Boltzmann method is one of computational fluid dynamic subdivisions. Despite complicated mathematics involved in its background, end simple relations dominate on it; so in comparison to the conventional computational fluid dynamic methods, simpler computer programs are needed. Due to its characteristics for parallel programming, this method is considered efficient for the simulation of ...
متن کاملA Fictitious Domain Decomposition Method for High Frequency Acoustic Scattering Problems
It is well known that most PDE problems defined over an axisymmetric domain can be efficiently solved by a Fourier based solution method. However, for many applications, the underlying computational domain is not entirely axisymmetric, but has one or several major axisymmetric subdomains. For such problems, an axisymmetric analysis method is not applicable, and a straightforward one can be inef...
متن کاملA simple preconditioned domain decomposition method for electromagnetic scattering problems
We present a domain decomposition method (DDM) devoted to the iterative solution of time-harmonic electromagnetic scattering problems, involving large and resonant cavities. This DDM uses the electric field integral equation (EFIE) for the solution of Maxwell problems in both interior and exterior subdomains, and we propose a simple preconditioner for the global method, based on the single laye...
